  1. Purpose & Commitment
RMS Sustainability Ventures FZ-LLC (“RMSSV”) is dedicated to advancing sustainable technologies that deliver measurable environmental, social, and economic value. This Code of Conduct establishes the standards of ethical behavior, integrity, and professional responsibility expected of all employees, partners, contractors, and stakeholders acting on behalf of RMSSV.
Our mission is to contribute to a net-zero water and carbon future through responsible innovation, transparency, and respect for people and the planet .
  1. Core Principles
Integrity & Transparency We conduct all business with honesty, fairness, and accountability. Misrepresentation, corruption, or fraudulent practices are strictly prohibited.
Respect for Laws & Regulations RMSSV complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements under the jurisdiction of Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) and the United Arab Emirates .
Human Rights & Diversity We respect human dignity, labor rights, and cultural diversity. Discrimination, harassment, or exploitation in any form will not be tolerated.
Environmental Stewardship Our core identity is rooted in sustainability. We commit to reducing waste, conserving resources, and ensuring that our technologies and operations contribute to decarbonization, climate resilience, and a circular economy .
Confidentiality & Data Protection Proprietary technologies, intellectual property, and personal data are safeguarded at all times. Information must only be shared with proper authorization.
Conflict of Interest Employees and representatives must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of RMSSV. Any potential conflict must be disclosed immediately.

Uphold health, safety, and well-being in all work environments.
Encourage collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing.
  1. Anti-Corruption & Compliance
RMSSV enforces a zero-tolerance policy on bribery, kickbacks, or improper financial inducements.
All financial dealings must be accurate, transparent, and auditable.
Gifts or hospitality must not influence business decisions.
  1. Environmental & Social Responsibility
Ensure all operations minimize ecological impact.
Promote water and energy efficiency, waste reduction, and renewable resource use.
Support community initiatives that align with our mission of food security, afforestation, and climate resilience .
  1. Reporting Violations
Employees, partners, or third parties are encouraged to report suspected misconduct or policy violations in good faith. Reports can be made confidentially to: info@rms-sustainability.com .
RMSSV will investigate all concerns promptly, fairly, and without retaliation against whistleblowers.
  1. Enforcement
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary measures, including termination of contracts, legal action, or other remedies as deemed appropriate.

All employees, contractors, and representatives of RMS Sustainability Ventures must review, understand, and comply with this Code of Conduct. Adherence to these principles safeguards our credibility, advances our mission, and ensures long-term impact.
