The company is incorporated in the State of Delaware in the United States and operates from the United Arab Emirates through its wholly-owned subsidiary, with global reach.
Identify
The company identifies scientifically validated technologies with credible pathways to material commercial impact in the global energy transition.
Acquire
Rights to those technologies are secured through structured intellectual property arrangements, supported by independent third-party verification of the underlying science.
Commercialise
The company builds the corporate, financial, and operational infrastructure required to deploy validated technologies at scale into the markets that need them.
About
RMS Sustainability Ventures was founded to bridge the gap between scientific innovation and commercial deployment in the global energy transition. The company is institutional in structure, disciplined in capital, and selective in the technologies it commercialises.
Corporate Structure
RMS Sustainability Ventures Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation, incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware (File No. 10308139). The company's principal office is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Operations in the Gulf region are conducted through its wholly-owned subsidiary, RMS Sustainability Ventures FZ-LLC, registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ).
Founding Principles
The company is founded on three principles that govern how it evaluates, acquires, and commercialises the technologies it works with.
Scientific rigour
The company invests only in technologies whose underlying science has been independently validated by recognised third-party laboratories or certification bodies.
Commercial discipline
Environmental impact and commercial viability are not in tension. The company operates on the conviction that sustainability technologies must compete on cost and performance against the incumbents they seek to displace, in order to achieve meaningful scale.
Institutional governance
The company operates to standards consistent with regulated capital markets, with transparent corporate structure, formal board governance, and external advisors across legal, financial, and technical disciplines.

The company is headquartered in Dubai, with corporate registration in Delaware. It serves capital partners, operating partners, and customers across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

Our Approach
RMS Sustainability Ventures invests in a small number of technologies. Each must clear a rigorous threshold of scientific validation, commercial viability, and operational readiness before the company commits to commercialisation.
Selection
Prospective technologies are evaluated against three criteria: independent scientific verification of the underlying science; a credible pathway to unit economics that compete with incumbent technologies; and a clear regulatory and market route to deployment. Technologies that do not meet all three criteria are not advanced.
Structuring
Once a technology is selected, the company acquires rights through structured intellectual property arrangements. The structure is designed to align the inventor, the company, and capital partners across the full commercialisation horizon, with appropriate protections for each party.
Deployment
Deployment is conducted through the company's operational subsidiary, with capital structured at the holding-company level. The company works with independent third-party laboratories, certification bodies, and operational partners to validate each stage of commercialisation, from pilot through to commercial scale.
Alignment with Global Sustainability Frameworks
The company's work is conducted with reference to internationally recognised sustainability frameworks, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Particular attention is given to Goal 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), and Goal 13 (Climate Action).
