IRT H₂ — Clean Hydrogen, On-Demand, At Ambient Temperature
What it is
IRT-H₂ is a patent pending process that produces ultra-pure hydrogen at ~30–40 °C by mixing water with two proprietary powders in a sealed reactor. The reaction is instantaneous, mildly exothermic, and self-pressurises to ~8–10 barno electrolysis, no fossil fuel, no external heating. At point of use, Scope-1 emissions are 0.0 kg CO₂/kg H₂.
Why it matters:
The model removes the grid-power dependency of electrolysis and the carbon liability of SMR, enabling containerised 100 kW–1 MW modules to be sited quickly for backup, microgrids, and process fuel.
Zero-emission production
Cost-competitive
Modeled LCOH $0.90–$1.15/kg depending on scale, duty cycle, and locality. and LCOE from ~$0.105 to ~$0.059/kWh (5–10 yr horizon).
Modular & scalable
1 MW system (two-level 40-ft container) produces ~50 kg H₂/hour; auxiliary load ~0.35 kWh/kg. Typical lead time: 4–8 months from PO to commissioning (site-dependent)

Proof Point:
Successful Bench scale tests carried out. SGS confirmed purity of 99.9995%. Production cost trending toward $0.90/kg H₂ to $1.50/kg -H₂ which is significantly below current green hydrogen benchmarks
Where it slots in first: diesel-generator replacement, backup/UPS for data centers, mining & microgrids, telecom, defense and disaster relief—engagements already noted in the summary.
With the potential of being 300% cheaper than Green Hydrogen- RMS is currently seeking funding to build a Minimum Viable Prototype (MVP) that will provide both scale and commercial viability.
Super Nano Battery (Prototype) Continuous Power on Micro-Input
Imagine generating substantial power from a minimal trickle charge, like that from a tiny solar panel. At RMS, we have proven that by incorporating a nano-catalyst, our battery prototypes can achieve at least 5kW of continuous power, enabling true microgrid capabilities.
Extraordinary efficiency
A 12 V/60 Ah core capable of running 5–6 kW loads continuously for weeks with only 17–30 W trickle input.
Cost-effective
Targeting a Bill of Materials (BOM) under $300 with a 10-year lifespan and zero on-site emissions.
Versatile applications
Ideal for homes, telecom towers, disaster relief, rural electrification, defense, and UPS systems—providing silent, efficient diesel displacement.

Proof Point:
Prototype powers a 6-7kW home load continuously with only 30W daily input
IP status: No patent has been filed yet. Black-box licensing/escrow and provisional filings are under consideration. Prioritizing third-party replication before scaling up.
Cold Shale Oil Extraction (IP)
Oil Without the Fire: Our revolutionary, room-temperature ultrasonic-nano solvent process extracts hydrocarbons from shale without thermal retorting, leading to significantly lower energy consumption, reduced emissions, and simpler solids handling. Designed as a modular, ex-situ solution, it can be deployed near the resource.
Key Benefits & Technical Highlights
  • High Recovery: Up to 98.8% organic content recovery in bench/semi-pilot work.
  • Efficient Solvent Recycle: ~70% solvent recycle per cycle demonstrated, targeting ≥95% in pilot.
  • Quality Product: Typical product API ~11.7, S ~0.25%, HHV ~7,094 cal/g, pour point < −24 °C.
  • Environmental Advantage: Ambient operation (no fired heaters), materially lower specific energy, and reduced GHG emissions pathway.
  • Simpler Residue Handling: Produces drier, stackable solids, reducing tailings complexity.
Status & Next Steps
  • Status: Pre-commercial; chemistry and flowsheet proven at bench/semi-pilot.
  • Next Step (6–12 months): 100–500 t/d semi-pilot with full mass/energy balance and third-party oversight.
  • Key Pilot KPIs: Aiming for ≥98% bitumen/oil recovery and ≥95–99% solvent recovery (loop closure).
Commercial Approach
  • Model: Territory licensing/JVs with operators/EPCs.
  • Focus Geographies: North Africa (Morocco), Jordan, Baltics.
Investor Note: Bench/semi-pilot results show up to 98.8% organic recovery and ~70% solvent recycle. Commercial economics hinge on achieving ≥95–99% solvent loop closure and reproducibility at pilot scale; figures beyond bench scale are forward-looking pending independent validation.
Oil Sands Extraction (IP)
Ex-Situ, Ambient, Solvent-Based
What it is and why it matters
Conventional hot-water oil-sands processing is energy-intensive, water-hungry, and tailings-heavy.
Our IP takes an ex-situ, room-temperature path: mined oil sands are contacted with a proprietary solvent blend to liberate bitumen without heat, steam, or sonication.
The target outcome is high recovery, minimal water use, and dry, stackable mineral residue—a direct attack on OPEX, CO₂, and tailings liabilities in Oil sands rich areas like Canada.
Technical Snapshot & Impact
  • Process: Ambient solvent contact (mix/condition → CSTR → phase separation/filtration → solvent recovery → dry sand discharge).
  • Bench Results: ~99% bitumen recovery, ~88% solvent recovery at ambient temperature.
  • Impact: Lower specific energy, smaller utilities footprint, and dry-stackable tailings improve permitting and reduce closure costs.
Critical KPI: Commercial viability requires solvent loop closure, targeting ≥99–99.5% recovery in pilot to manage make-up and VOCs. Residual solvent in sand (≤500 ppm) and off-gas handling are key.
Status, Validation Plan, and Path to Scale
Status: Pre-commercial; flowsheet defined; reagents and separation train specified at lab scale. Validation Plan:
1
100–500 t/d pilot for full mass/energy balance and winterization testing.
2
KPIs: Bitumen recovery ≥98%, solvent recovery ≥99–99.5%, residual solvent in sand ≤500 ppm, energy intensity vs. hot-water baseline, VOC/odor control, HSE/permitting readiness.
3
Deliverables: Third-party report, HAZOP, LCA snapshot, and bankability appendix (OPEX drivers, solvent make-up curve, tailings cost).
Commercial Model: Territory licensing/JVs with operators and EPCs; RMS retains core IP and QA/QC over solvent and operating window. Exit routes include technology buy-out, licensed throughput royalties, or platform sale tied to proven pilots.
